Job Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Patient Care Advisor, where your compassionate communication and organisational skills will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Duties

Greet patients warmly and assist them with appointment scheduling, check-in procedures, and necessary documentation
Provide clear information about healthcare services, procedures, and policies to patients and their families
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patient needs are communicated effectively and appointments are scheduled efficiently
Maintain accurate and organised patient records using office software and electronic health record systems
Answer incoming calls promptly, address inquiries professionally, and direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies to keep the clinic running smoothly
Follow confidentiality protocols diligently to protect patient privacy at all times

Requirements

Prior experience working in an healthcare setting is essential.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or similar programs
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
A genuine desire to help others and provide exceptional customer service
