What’s the job?

We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to work within the Customer Care department. The role is office based, currently the office is located in Salford, however will be moving to Radcliffe in the near future . The role involves customer care based administration, communicating with tenants, clients, site management and subcontractors to assist with quality defect management of our projects. This is an entry level role so is perfect for someone who is looking to kick start a career in administration and customer care within the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have confidence in using Microsoft packages and some administration experience. An NVQ Level 3 in Administration is preferable. They must be great at communicating, building relationships, working as part of a small team and able to process information to deadlines.

There will be a two stage interview process for the role consisting of an informal telephone interview and a face to face interview with the Customer Care Manager, working towards a start date of 6th July 2026 . References may be required.
