As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Sales Administrator to join our team based at our Head Office in Quedgeley Gloucestershire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to move into a commercial role where your veterinary expertise genuinely makes a difference.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same.
You'll be supporting veterinary practices across the UK by:
- Providing excellent customer services as the first point of contact on reception.
- Helping customers with enquiries about veterinary equipment and products.
- Processing orders and quotations.
- Coordinating equipment loans equipment for demonstrations.
- Working closely with suppliers and couriers to ensure equipment arrives where it needs to be.
- Supporting our sales and engineering teams.
- Building relationships with veterinary professionals and providing knowledgeable advice.
- Managing customer information and maintaining accurate records.
Most importantly, you'll be helping practices access the equipment and support they need to provide outstanding patient care.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
✔ A qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
✔ Organised and detail-oriented
✔ Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers
✔ Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
✔ A team player with a positive attitude
✔ Keen to learn and develop within a growing business
Previous sales experience isn't essential—we can teach that. What we can't teach is the veterinary knowledge, understanding, and passion that an RVN brings.
