Full job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Factory Workers to join our team. As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process within our manufacturing facility.

Duties:
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow production schedules and complete tasks within specified deadlines
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
- Mechanical knowledge to operate machinery effectively, full training is provided

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where you can contribute to the production of quality goods. If you are a motivated individual with a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.

6 month probation period and increase to £12.80 when passed.
