Highnam C of E Primary Academy is a seven-class primary school set in the heart of Highnam, a village just three miles from the centre of Gloucester. We cater for children from the age of 4 - 11 years and are currently seeking Midday Supervisors to join our friendly lunch-time team.
Midday Supervision at our school has been broadened to focus on engaging and playing with the children during lunch times, as well as the more traditional role of setting up tables for lunch and clearing up afterwards. We are looking for a team player, who will encourage the children to play and learn outdoors.
Our ideal candidates will therefore be self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic, as well as hard-working, dependable and committed to making a difference to every child’s learning journey. You will be a positive role model to our children.
You will be a patient and caring team-player who will be required to help children with their meals and then engage positively with them outside both on our field and on the playground area. Previous experience is not essential as training will be provided for successful applicants.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible working Monday to Friday.
