Mortgage adviser

TMB are currently looking for Mortgage Advisers, on an employed basis, to assist in advising both new and existing clients on their mortgage enquiries.

TMB also work closely with numerous New Build Developers and are looking for Advisers who can build strong and successful relationships with sites to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both mortgage customers and our partners.

You will receive a healthy volume of leads per week and the opportunity to increase earnings through a share of commission, on mortgage, protection and insurance business that completes.

Essential skills & qualities

CeMap qualified with previous Financial Services experience

Ideally experience of arranging New Build mortgages

Always looking to find positive solutions for customers and TMB’s partners

Can deliver exceptional customer service consistently, especially when under pressure

Good IT skills enabling you to navigate TMB’s systems competently and efficiently

Can follow clear processes and adhere to compliance expectations
