About The Role

Receptionist - Brand + Location

Part Time Receptionist

Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Cheltenham
National Minimum Wage; 25 days' annual leave pro rata + bank holidays (increases with service); Life assurance & pension scheme; Discounts on car purchase, servicing & more; Access to exclusive shopping and lifestyle perks.
Part-time | 9 hours per week, Saturdays from 8.30am-1pm and Sundays from 10.30am to 3pm.

We believe every journey starts with a great first impression, and that’s where you come in. As our receptionist, you'll be the warm, friendly voice and face that sets the tone for every customer experience. From greeting guests to supporting the team behind the scenes, your role helps keep everything running smoothly.

In this role:

You’ll welcome all customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
You’ll manage inbound calls and direct queries appropriately
You’ll keep reception areas organised and presentable
You’ll support with light admin and occasional customer service tasks

We're looking for:

Someone friendly, with a confident approach to customer service
Someone with clear communication skills, in person and on the phone
Someone with basic IT skills and an eye for organisation
Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer, every time.
