Solar Installer – EMF Renewables (Worcester WR3) Location:
Must live near WR3
Full Clean Driving License required
Pay: Rising with progression
Hours: Early starts, some long days, occasional working away (all expenses covered)
EMF Renewables is looking for a reliable Installer to support our installation teams on domestic and commercial sites.
Role overview
- Follow mounting kit reports to mark out roofs and install mounting kit
- Follow string diagrams to install DC cables
- Load panels safely onto roof
- Install panels on mounting kit, while maintaining cable management standard
- Supervising labourers on basic tasks
- Assisting electricial team
- Outdoor work in all weather
- Some early starts, late finishes, and nights away - Food, travel, and accommodation paid when working away
What we need - Based near Astwood Road, Worcester - Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling - Good attitude, punctual, willing to learn - Able to work safely at height and follow instructions
