We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Laboratory Technical Support professional to join our Technical Team at our Worcester headquarters.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys testing, analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, while developing a rewarding career within a growing international business.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Laboratory Technical Support specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products perform as expected by conducting laboratory testing, supporting product development initiatives, and providing accurate technical reports.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting compatibility testing between OBEX products and customer materials
Recording test results, observations, and conditions accurately
Preparing technical reports for internal and external stakeholders
Supporting quality control, dual sourcing, and new product development activities
Preparing and dispatching samples for external laboratory testing
Developing and improving laboratory processes and procedures
Maintaining organised, safe, and compliant laboratory facilities
Supporting supplier validations and alternative material approvals
Assisting with Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) activities
Building technical knowledge to support the wider Technical Team when required

Confident writing reports and documenting findings

Committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Experience within a laboratory, testing, quality, manufacturing, construction, engineering, materials, or technical environment would be highly advantageous
