Who are we?
Wellbeing Group is a fast-growing, family-run SME supplying premium coffee, boiling taps and drinking water dispensers to offices and workplaces across the UK.
We've built our reputation on delivering exceptional customer service, premium products and rapid response support. As we continue our ambitious growth plans, marketing is becoming an increasingly important driver of our business, helping us generate high-quality opportunities, strengthen our brand and support our sales teams across the UK.
Who are we looking for?
We're now looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing / Head of Digital (call it what you will!) to take ownership of our marketing function and lead the next stage of Wellbeing Group's growth.
We're less concerned about the job title than we are about finding the right person. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, making things happen and delivering measurable commercial results—not just managing agencies and reporting on activity.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of growing B2B businesses through digital marketing. You'll have a sharp understanding of SEO, paid search, AI search, content marketing and lead generation, together with the commercial awareness to know what's working, what isn't, and where every pound of marketing spend should be invested.
Reporting directly to our Managing Director and Sales Director, you'll initially work with internal staff alongside our external marketing partners and as we continue to grow, you'll have the opportunity to build and develop your own internal marketing team.
Our ambition is to 3X the business over the next five years, and marketing will play a central role in achieving that vision. If you're excited by the opportunity to build a high-performing marketing function and make a genuine impact on the future of a fast-growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
