Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic lettings team. This busy role requires an organised, forward thinking individual who ideally has experience within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Overseeing routine and reactive maintenance, including diagnosing common issues and advising on appropriate solutions
- Coordinating contractors, obtaining quotes, and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
- Arranging routine house inspections
- Handling tenant enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, safety standards, and company procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
The successful candidate would ideally have experience in lettings however, a strong background in the customer service sector would be considered.

- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess maintenance issues confidently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
