Hours: 35.5 hours per week, term time plus 10 days
Starting salary: £42,070.00 - £49,270.00 (actual starting salary) – Dependant on relevant experience

In our academies we teach and support learners from Key Stages 1 – 5 who have been excluded from school or those with an EHCP who require a specialist placement. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Teaching and Learning Lead to join our new Pivot 6 provision in Bradford.
Our Pivot 6 provision offers specialist support for KS3 & 4 learners who have been permanently excluded from mainstream school. Our aim in Pivot 6 is to support learners academically and socially to prepare them for transition back into mainstream school. Our curriculum offer is focused on developing the whole learner, working with their interests to engage them in education in order for them to feel successful and to take positive steps in their journey to adulthood and beyond.
What you will do:
· Lead and champion a culture of high-quality teaching and learning, inspiring both staff and learners to strive for excellence and continual growth.
· Coach, support and develop Teachers and Instructors to deliver engaging, inclusive and effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
· Drive improvement in outcomes by monitoring teaching quality, learner progress and implementing impactful strategies across the provision.
· Play a key role in senior leadership, contributing to the day-to-day running of the site and shaping whole-school development, systems and standards.
· Lead on curriculum delivery within your subject area(s), ensuring high expectations, strong progress and a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment.
We are looking for an inspiring and driven teaching professional with a passion for inclusive education and a proven ability to lead and develop others. You will be a confident and experienced teacher, ideally with SEMH experience, who can coach colleagues, drive high standards and create engaging learning experiences for all learners. As a natural leader and strong communicator, you will be comfortable working as part of the senior leadership team, building positive relationships with staff, learners and families. Resilient, organised and committed to safeguarding, you will share our ambition to deliver exceptional outcomes and transform the educational experience for every learner.
