We're looking for a motivated and reliable Blinds Fitter to join us as we expand across South Wales. Whether you already have fitting experience or have transferable skills and enjoy practical, hands-on work, we'll provide full training to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing
Installing made-to-measure blinds in customers' homes and commercial premises.
Preparing windows ready for installation.
Using power tools safely and confidently.
Providing a professional, friendly service and ensuring every customer is delighted with the finished result.
Managing your daily appointments efficiently.
Returning completed paperwork and payments at the end of each day.
Following health and safety procedures and wearing the appropriate PPE at all times.
Maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable and customer-focused.
Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Practical with good DIY or installation skills.
Confident using power tools.
Organised with excellent attention to detail.
A good communicator who enjoys meeting customers.
Able to solve problems and work efficiently.
Holds a full, clean UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
