Inside Sales Engineer – HVAC & Refrigeration | Hybrid | B2B Sales | West Surrey

Location: Hybrid (Office/Remote) – West Surrey
Salary: £30-35K base, £500 bonus per quarter
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Join a leading supplier of engineering component parts and spares to the refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, and electrical sectors. With a proud reputation for delivering top-tier customer service and award-winning solutions, the company is expanding its Inside Sales Team with the addition of a driven Inside Sales Engineer.

About the Role

As Inside Sales Engineer, you'll play a key role in driving customer engagement and revenue growth. You’ll support existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and provide expert product knowledge across our HVAC and refrigeration portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team where you’ll be given ongoing technical training, support to grow, and the tools to succeed.

️ Key Responsibilities

✅ Respond to incoming customer enquiries promptly and accurately
✅ Build strong customer relationships through outstanding phone and email communication
✅ Process sales orders and prepare quotations with precision
✅ Proactively identify new sales opportunities and upsell solutions
✅ Collaborate with field sales and internal teams to ensure seamless service
✅ Coordinate product knowledge and training across multiple HVAC and refrigeration lines
✅ Maintain excellent customer retention through top-tier service and solution-led selling

✅ What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in a technical sales or B2B sales environment
✔ Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
✔ Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
✔ Ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced sales setting
✔ Knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning is a bonus (training provided)
✔ A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
