Full job description

Role: HGV Driver - Concrete Mixer

Salary: £14.75 per hour + Overtime and monthly bonus!

Location: Hull

We are expanding our team and are currently hiring drivers to join our Concrete Mixer fleet!

As a Driver at Ashcourt, you will be contracted to work 40 hours per week. Overtime for this role is paid at a rate of £22.12 per hour for any hours worked beyond the first 45!

Key responsibilities:

To operate HGV Cat C vehicles, following all HGV driver & traffic laws
To operate the vehicle safely and professionally
To drive long or short distances as required
To help plan schedules & routes with your line manager
To follow traffic reports and adapt routes as necessary
To conduct accurate & thorough pre-use defect/cleanliness inspections of your vehicle
To complete proof of deliveries on a tablet
To ensure vehicle cab is kept in a clean & tidy condition

As a Driver at Ashcourt, you will have:

A valid HGV Cat C license
Tachograph card
CPC Qualification
A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Concrete Mixer driver
Maximum of 6 points on your licence
Valid right to work in the UK
