Full job description

If you're an experienced and ambitious dental technician who is interested in spearheading the development of a new in house lab, owning the set up and development exactly how you'd like it to be alongside supportive directors then keep reading!

Who we are

Vitruvian Dental Studio is a fast growing cosmetic dental brand offering everything from same day smile makeovers to specialist orthodontists and full mouth implants.

We are building our brand by priding ourselves on being the gold standard in all elements of the patient journey. We have an excellent long standing expert and specialist team of clinicians delivering only the highest standard of treatment for our patients.

What is the role

We have expanded our Leeds flagship site adding an in house lab, currently we have 3d Printers and an aligner mill and manufacture retainers and whitening trays in house. We are looking to expand our in house offerings and invest in a full digital set up of wet/dry mills and as this is currently a blank slate, looking to do this alongside an experienced lab technician.

We have exocad software along with clear aligner studio, we'd be looking to quickly pull in house:

Restorative work (zirconia and eMax)
Immediate loading for our implant cases (we have someone to design if necessary but to print and finish)

An ambitious and career motivated individual, who would like to not only build the lab but own it's operation. Developing both the operation and the team, this is an excellent opportunity for the right person.

Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
