Full job description

The Inn For All Seasons is a busy restaurant with with rooms and a dynamic, passionate and friendly team. We are a family business situated in Treleigh on the outskirts of Redruth, Cornwall.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our team; you will receive competitive hourly pay, paid holiday, plus great benefits which include free onsite parking, team events and employee discounts.

You will be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment and work in a team of approximately 6 team members.

Pay is based on age, skill set and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene & cleanliness
Demonstrate the highest level of service at all times
Be passionate and proud of the work you do
Work closely with the kitchen team
Work effectively in a fast paced environment

Requirements:

Experience as a Kitchen Porter or similar role
Passionate about food and creating exciting dining experiences
Dedicated to the success of the kitchen and overall business
Excellent team player
Ambitious and willing to learn
Must be aged 16 or over
