Veterinary Receptionist
Braid Vets Hospital

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Receptionist to join the team at Braid Vets. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

As the first friendly face our clients and their pets meet, you will play a hugely important role in creating a warm, welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming and assisting clients in person, by phone and by email
Providing friendly, professional and compassionate customer service
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Working closely with our wider team to provide an excellent experience for pets, owners and fellow colleagues

We are looking for someone who is approachable, organised and calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide an exceptional service to our clients and their pets. Most importantly, you will be a team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and can adapt to the changing needs of a busy veterinary practice.

Previous experience in a veterinary reception role would be desirable, but this is not essential, as full training shall be provided.

If you have great customer service skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you.

The Role:

Permanent * Full-time * 40 hours per week

· Primarily Monday to Friday

Shared weekend rota:

· Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm

· Occasional full day weekend cover may be required, including Saturdays or Sundays, to provide holiday cover as part of the shared rota
