Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, matcha, iced drinks and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using the till system.
- Work well under pressure, we are an extremely busy cafe.
- Able to work independently preparing simple food orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, counters, and seating areas in accordance with food safety standards.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Follow health and safety protocols related to food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience is a must. We need someone who is confident preparing and serving food items.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable.
- Experience in serving customers and handling cash transactions confidently.
- Food preparation skills and chef experience is advantageous.
