Pad & Sublimation Printer

Promo Trade Print – Cramlington

Promo Trade Print is a fast-growing print and promotional products company based in Cramlington. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable Pad & Sublimation Printer to join our production team.

This is a hands-on production role within a busy and ambitious environment, ideal for somebody with a basic understanding of print production who is looking to develop their skills within a growing company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and printing pad and sublimation jobs across a wide range of products including giftware, textiles, ceramics, and promotional merchandise. The role may also involve other production responsibilities such as preparing and pressing garments, textiles, and promotional products.

Key Responsibilities

Setting up pad and sublimation print jobs for production

Operating sublimation and pad printing equipment

Preparing and pressing garments, textiles, and promotional products

Working on a wide variety of products and production tasks in a busy, hands-on print environment

Printing onto a wide range of products including textiles, ceramics, giftware, and promotional items

Quality checking finished products to ensure high standards are maintained

Working efficiently to production targets and deadlines

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Supporting wider production operations where required

What We’re Looking For

Basic knowledge or experience within print production

Good attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Comfortable working to targets and deadlines

Reliable and punctual

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience within sublimation, pad printing, or digital print production would be beneficial but is not essential for the right candidate as training will be provided.

Hours

Part-time – approximately 20 hours per week

Shift patterns may include:

6:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 10:00pm

Overtime may be available during busy periods.

Salary

£12.71 – £14.50 per hour depending on experience
