We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven Quality Control Officer to join a fast-paced creative agency. If you’re the kind of person who spots the tiny inconsistency everyone else misses—you’ll fit right in.
You’ll play a key role in making sure every piece of work—design, digital, and beyond—meets the highest standards before it reaches clients. From following structured QA processes to collaborating across teams, you’ll help ensure everything is polished, consistent, and on point.

- Define and implement clear quality control processes across all outputs
Review all creative, digital, and production work before delivery or launch-
- Build and maintain QA checklists, workflows, and standards
- Conduct regular audits and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with design, copy, dev, and client teams to resolve issues quickly
- Use feedback and performance data to support continuous improvement
- Manage QA documentation, reporting, and processes
- Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and client expectations
- Help promote a strong culture of quality across the agency
- Experience in quality control / QA / production (agency experience ideal)
- Strong understanding of processes, auditing, and continuous improvement
- Exceptional attention to detail—you catch what others miss
- Confident communicator who can challenge work constructively
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with a focus on improving output
- Exposure to digital, branding, or creative workflows
- Strong understanding of consistency across multiple assets
- Background in a creative or digital agency
- Experience with QA tools or project management platforms
- Knowledge of print, digital production, or web standards
- Experience using a project management system
You’ll be the final line of defence before work goes out the door—ensuring everything is accurate, consistent, and high quality. You’ll help set the standard, protect the work, and elevate the team.
