THE JOB
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, talented individual to liaise with customers across our three restaurants. The winning candidate will have a fantastic telephone voice, share a passion for the hospitality industry, have a friendly personality and great attention to detail. This is a key role within the company, being the first point of contact for many customers. The role requires great organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A minimum of one year's experience in administration is essential.
The role is part-time and includes two weekends per month with scope to pick up extra shifts during the week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the Group reservations operation
- Maximising our online bookings systems, driving sales to each restaurant as required and maximising all sales opportunities for each physical spaces and activity of all the restaurants in the Group
- You are responsible for responding to all enquiries, charity requests and donations and processing of deposits and vouchers including the recording of all information as required.
- You are responsible for ensuring you are aware of all current adverts, promotions and print material and understand all of our current discounts, offers and deals
- Responding to and engaging with guests on the social media platforms

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
