Are you a logistics mastermind with a passion for wanderlust? Yuceer Turizm is expanding, and we are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Travel Operations Coordinator to join our team in the heart of Newcastle.

Based in our Grainger Town office, you won’t just be booking trips; you’ll be the architect of seamless travel experiences. You will sit at the center of our operations, bridging the gap between our global suppliers and our valued clients to ensure every journey is executed to perfection.

What You’ll Be Doing

End-to-End Logistics: Manage the daily operations of complex travel itineraries, ensuring transport, accommodation, and tours are perfectly synchronized.
Supplier Relations: Maintain and build strong relationships with international vendors to secure the best rates and service standards.
Quality Control: Proactively monitor bookings to identify and resolve potential issues before the traveler even notices.
Documentation Mastery: Oversee the production of precise travel vouchers, itineraries, and briefing packs.
Problem Solving: Act as the "calm in the storm," handling last-minute changes or travel disruptions with efficiency and grace.

Who You Are

The Organiser: You probably have a color-coded calendar and a backup plan for your backup plan.
The Communicator: You can negotiate with a hotel manager in Turkey and brief a client in London with equal professionalism.
Experience: Ideally, you have 1-2 years in travel operations, hospitality management, or high-level logistics.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre) or modern travel CRM software.
Local: You are comfortable working from our Grainger Town (Office 303) location.
