About Us
Tyne Trust Healthcare is a growing healthcare recruitment agency specialising in healthcare recruitment across the UK. We partner with care providers, nursing homes, supported living organisations, and healthcare services to source high-quality permanent professionals for specialist healthcare positions.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team.
The Role
As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full 360 permanent recruitment process within the healthcare sector. This is a specialist permanent placements role focused entirely on sourcing and placing high-quality candidates into long-term healthcare positions.
You will be responsible for building your own client base, developing strong candidate networks, and managing the recruitment process from business development through to successful placement and aftercare.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, relationship-focused, and experienced in permanent healthcare recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop and grow new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers
- Conduct client meetings, business development calls, and networking activities
- Negotiate terms of business and placement fees
Permanent Recruitment
- Manage the full permanent recruitment lifecycle from A–Z
- Source, screen, interview, and place specialist healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of permanent candidates
- Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms and databases
- Match candidates to suitable long-term opportunities
Client & Candidate Management
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Manage interview coordination, offer management, and placement aftercare
- Maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process
- Develop repeat business and referral opportunities
Market Growth
- Build specialist market knowledge within healthcare recruitment
- Identify trends, opportunities, and growth areas
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of the permanent recruitment division

Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience within permanent healthcare recruitment
- Proven 360 recruitment experience
- Strong business development and sales ability
- Track record of successful permanent placements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven and target-focused
- Ability to manage the full recruitment process independently
Desirable
- Existing healthcare client or candidate network
- Experience recruiting senior or specialist healthcare professionals
