Job Summary:

The Sales and Patient Coordinator serves as a key liaison between patients and the healthcare/service team. This role is responsible for driving sales, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring smooth coordination from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, service-driven approach to help patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Promote clinic services and convert inquiries into appointments and sales.
Understand treatment plans, products, and pricing to confidently present and explain them to patients.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Upsell or cross-sell relevant services based on patient needs.
Maintain accurate sales records and patient information using CRM or clinic management software.

Patient Coordination Responsibilities:

Welcome patients, answer queries, and guide them through the treatment process.
Schedule appointments and follow up on consultations, procedures, and aftercare.
Coordinate with medical professionals and admin staff to ensure timely service delivery.
Assist with patient registration, documentation, and consent forms.
Address and resolve patient concerns or escalate appropriately.

Administrative & Reporting:

Maintain updated patient files, treatment records, and payment statuses.
Generate daily/weekly reports on sales performance and patient engagement.
Handle invoicing, billing, and payment collection when required.
Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and data protection policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
