Customer Sales & Commercial Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus attractive performance bonus

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer & Commercial Coordinator to become a key member of the team. This is a unique opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its journey and play a central role in shaping how we engage with customers, grow our sales and develop new business opportunities.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on role combining customer service, sales, business development and operational support.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and partners, helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience whilst also identifying opportunities to grow the business.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded and confident building relationships. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and where your ideas and initiative can make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Sales & Service
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, website and social media.
* Advise customers on furniture products, conversion solutions and campervan hire options.
* Convert enquiries into sales and bookings.
* Manage customer communications throughout the customer journey.
* Coordinate vehicle handovers and returns.
* Check customer documentation and identification.
* Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
* Deliver a high standard of customer service at every touchpoint.
Business Development
* Identify and approach potential trade customers across the campervan and leisure sectors.
* Develop relationships with campervan converters, dealerships and complementary businesses.
* Generate and follow up sales leads.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
* Support attendance at trade shows, exhibitions and networking events.
* Explore partnership opportunities that can help grow the business.
* Help identify new markets, products and revenue opportunities.
Operations & Administration
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Prepare quotations, invoices and customer documentation.
* Maintain customer records and CRM systems.
* Coordinate internal communications between customers and production.
* Monitor order progress and keep customers updated.
* Support stock, scheduling and operational planning activities.
* Assist with general administration across the business.
Marketing Support
* Support social media activity and content creation.
* Gather customer testimonials and reviews.
* Assist with website updates and promotional campaigns.
* Help generate ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
