Role overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate FOH person to support the bar operation at Elements. This is a key front of house role, responsible for delivering exceptional drinks, thoughtful service and a seamless guest experience.
You will support all aspects of the bar – from cocktail creation and wine service to stock control, – while working closely with the wider front of house and kitchen teams to learn more about our front of house service.
Key responsibilities
- support the bar operation with confidence, warmth and attention to detail
- help create, develop and evolve seasonal cocktail menus, with scope to bring your own ideas and style
- Play a key role in evolving and improving our wine list - supporting our pairings
- Work with our team to contribute ideas to our popular and high-quality softs pairings offering
- Ensure consistent, high-quality drinks execution across all services
- learn about and support stock, ordering, wastage and GP control
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and compliance
- support the FOH team during service, learn about food and foster a positive and professional culture
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house to deliver a cohesive guest journey
About you
- Proven experience in a bar or restaurant role
- Strong mixology skills and creativity or the willingness to learn
- Confident in wanting to learn more about stock management and waste control
- Good wine knowledge essential – or a strong desire to deepen it quickly
- Friendly, calm and approachable with a genuine love of hospitality
- Detail-focused, organised and comfortable leading by example

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
