Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Door to door sales canvasser to improve growth within our sales team, driving growth and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strongCommunication skills, a solid understanding of B2C sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a motivated Company within a fast-paced environment, contributing significantly to the organisation’s success. Experience within direct sales in the home improvements sector is a must.

Monday-Friday no weekends.

Basic salary plus commission.

Duties

Approach residents in designated neighbourhoods to introduce our organisation and its offerings
Clearly communicate the benefits of our services, answering any questions with professionalism and courtesy
Distribute promotional materials and collect feedback from potential customers
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments made during canvassing sessions
Follow organisational guidelines for outreach activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve strategies

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
Customer service orientation, demonstrating friendliness, patience, and professionalism at all times
Previous experience in marketing or sales is essential;
Bilingual abilities are desirable but not essential , enabling effective communication with a broader community base
Organised with good time management skills to maximise efforts within allocated areas
Confident in approaching strangers and handling rejection positively whilst maintaining enthusiasm

Pay: £12,000.00-£68,465.20 per year
