Fitness Class Instructor.
Snap Fitness Crosshands

Overview
Snap Fitness Crosshands is seeking passionate and dedicated Class Instructors to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be confident in leading group sessions, have a solid understanding of anatomy and safe training practices, and bring energy and motivation to every class.

Duties

Lead engaging and effective group fitness classes tailored to participants’ needs.
Provide clear instruction on correct techniques and safety throughout sessions.
Create a positive, motivating environment that encourages members to achieve their goals.
Adapt classes based on participation levels, energy, and client feedback.
Maintain professionalism and represent Snap Fitness standards at all times.

Requirements

Must hold all relevant qualifications for your discipline(s).
Proven experience in teaching group classes or fitness instruction is preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise technique, and safe training protocols.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate members.
Flexible to work during the times listed above.
