The Role
As a Junior Brand Manager, you’ll support the development and execution of brand and product strategies for a portfolio of brands across the UK market. You'll play a key role in delivering activities outlined within the brand milestone calendar, including market analysis, promotional and marketing campaigns, support with Profit & Loss management, coordinating the licensing approval process for the UK and distributor partners, and acting as the primary marketing contact for distributor accounts across EMEA.

What We’re Looking For

2 years of consumer product brand management, and ready to take that next step
Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant professional qualifications/experience
Knowledge of UK retailer landscape as it pertains to consumer goods
Working knowledge of a variety of marketing tactics from TV, print, digital, OOH, content creators, Trade and consumer promotions
Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, consumer and market data to identify opportunities and drive decision making
Commercially minded with an understanding of marketing budgets, brand performance and financial reporting
Passionate, creative, organised, team player with strong attention to detail
A great communicator who enjoys working with global teams and building relationships
Confident presenting ideas and recommendations to a range of internal and external stakeholders

Nice to have:

Experience working with children's or family-focused brands
Experience working with licensing partners or licensed consumer products
Experience supporting distributor, international or EMEA markets
