Full job description

## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our food production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP standards, if not full training will be given.

## Duties
- Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet production targets
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains

## Requirements
- Previous experience in food production is a bonus but no essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles, a bonus but not essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide the production team efficiently
