About Us

As we expand our commercial footprint, we are looking for a driven, experienced Sales Representative to win new commercial contracts and aggressively grow our bin round services.

The Role

This is a pure new business development role. You will be the driving force behind our regional growth, tasked with identifying opportunities, pounding the pavement, and securing contract wins.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close new commercial waste contracts.
Route Density Growth: Focus on winning scheduled wheelie bin and frontline waste collection rounds to maximize route efficiency.
B2B Field Sales: Conduct face-to-face cold calling, site visits, and formal presentations to business owners and procurement managers.
Account Management: Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients before handing them over to operations.

What We Are Looking For

Industry Experience: Proven track record in B2B field sales, ideally within waste management, transport, facilities management, or a fast-paced service industry.
Deal Closer: A self-starter with a hunter mentality who thrives on cold prospecting and hitting targets.
Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local commercial landscape to target high-potential sectors.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and your own reliable vehicle (fuel allowance will be provided).
