What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who’s:
- Comfortable working with back-office databases and Microsoft Office (especially Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Confident answering and making calls
- Great at following processes and has a sharp eye for detail
- A team player who’s eager to learn and grow with us
No financial services experience? Not a problem, we can get you up to speed on that!
A Snapshot of the Role:
You’ll be supporting our Financial Planners by handling client-related admin. This includes:
- Filtering calls
- Preparing for client meetings
- Processing applications
- General client support and administration
Weekly Working Hours:
Full-Time: 35 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
What You’ll Need:
- At least 4 GCSEs (A–C), including English and Maths
- Over 1 year of admin experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
The Role in Brief:
The successful applicant will assist the financial planners with all aspects of the client relationship to ease the amount of administration work they become involved in. This includes filtering calls, preparing for client meetings, processing new applications and all general client administration.
