Blade & Rose Ltd Kendal Full-time £27k depending on experience

✨ Join a growing, award-winning British baby and children’s brand

We’re looking for a confident, proactive and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our friendly team in Kendal.

This is a hands-on sales role supporting our existing wholesale business while helping us grow our network of retail partners across the UK and internationally.

You’ll be an important part of our sales team, looking after existing trade customers, processing wholesale orders and proactively reaching out to new potential accounts.

What You’ll Do

Support our sales team with the day-to-day running of our B2B and wholesale business
Take and process trade orders accurately and efficiently
Build strong relationships with our existing wholesale customers
Proactively contact existing accounts to generate repeat orders and identify new opportunities
Research and reach out to potential new stockists across the UK and internationally
Follow up sales leads and enquiries
Help introduce new collections and products to our wholesale customers
Maintain accurate customer and sales information
Work closely with the wider Blade & Rose team to support our continued growth

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in B2B sales or wholesale sales
Confident and professional communication skills, particularly over the phone and email
A proactive sales approach and confidence reaching out to new potential customers
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently, use your own initiative and manage your workload
A positive, motivated attitude and a real team player
Experience using Shopify would be an advantage
Knowledge or experience of HubSpot would also be an advantage
Need good excel or google sheet knowledge.
