We are now looking for a friendly, professional and organised Reservationist to join our Reservations Team based in Cartmel. Playing a key role in our guest journey, you will be responsible for managing reservations across our collection of restaurants and guest accommodation, ensuring every enquiry is handled with exceptional care and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing reservations for our restaurants and guest rooms using our booking systems
- Responding to guest enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Providing accurate information about our restaurants, accommodation and experiences
- Assisting guests with booking amendments, special requests and cancellations
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintaining accurate guest records and reservation details
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the booking journey
We're keen to hear from candidates who:
- Have previous experience in a reservations, reception or customer-facing role
- Are confident, organised and professional in their approach
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Are comfortable using reservations or booking systems
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Hours:
Monday to Saturday, working as part of the Reservations Team based in Cartmel.
