MarketMore is TPFG’s in-house marketing agency, helping franchise branches across The Property Franchise Group win more instructions and stay visible in their local market through tailored marketing campaigns.
Our services span local social media, email marketing, content creation, bespoke design, paid advertising, and widespread canvassing. We work at a fraction of the cost of external agencies, delivering measurable ROI and real business impact for our clients.
The Role
We’re looking for an organised, ambitious and commercially minded Account Manager to look after our portfolio of MarketMore clients. You’ll be the go-to person for our branches, making sure campaigns run smoothly, clients feel supported, and results are clearly communicated to them. Communication is key in this relationship.
This role would suit someone with a background in estate agency who’s keen to move into property marketing, as well as candidates with existing account management or marketing experience who enjoy client-facing work and diving into exciting campaign results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Management
- Acting as the main point of contact for the portfolio of MarketMore clients
- Building strong working relationships with franchise branch stakeholders
- Onboarding new clients and guiding them through expectations and initial setup
- Keeping in regular contact to answer questions and provide monthly/quarterly reporting updates across all marketing channels
- Handling day-to-day client queries with professionalism and pace
Managing Marketing Activity
- Translating branch goals and commercial objectives into clear marketing actions
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Actively pitching and selling MarketMore packages to franchisees not yet on a subscription, confidently presenting the value of
- Enhance and Elevate and converting interest into sign-ups
- Face at conferences and regional meetings for MarketMore
Reporting & Results
- Monitoring campaign performance and extracting clear, useful insights from dashboards and data
- Producing easy-to-understand reports that clearly demonstrate ROI for clients and how and why MarketMore is working for them
- Walking clients through what’s working, what could be improved, and recommended next steps
- Proactively suggesting ideas to improve performance or add value to accounts
Account Growth & Retention
- Supporting renewals and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant MarketMore services such as upgrading from Enhance to Elevate, or adding on ad hoc content
- Helping maintain a positive, supportive experience for all clients that drives loyalty and retention and, most importantly open communication.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has some experience or knowledge across estate agency, property, account management
- Is confident speaking with clients and building strong working relationships
- Is well organised and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Can explain marketing activity and results clearly to non-marketing audiences
- Takes ownership of their accounts
- Is commercially minded and comfortable having conversations around account growth and added value
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Digital marketing experience — paid social, email marketing, content writing or reporting
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or email marketing tools
- Experience in a property or franchise environment
