We’re looking for a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone with strong design ability, excellent creative judgement and the confidence to take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.
From brand identities and campaign visuals to brochures, presentations, advertising creative, website graphics and digital assets, you’ll play a key role in shaping the creative output of the agency.
This is a chance to make a real impact, not just follow briefs. You’ll work closely with our strategy, marketing and content teams to create design work that looks exceptional, communicates clearly and helps our clients stand out.
What You’ll Be Creating
As a Freelancer at Dupree, you’ll create and support the development of:
- High-quality campaign visuals across digital, print and events
- Brand assets for launches, campaigns and ongoing marketing activity
- Premium brochures, flyers, presentations and sales collateral
- Social media graphics and paid advertising creative
- Website graphics, landing page visuals and digital layouts
- Email marketing graphics and digital content assets
- Visual concepts that bring brand stories, campaigns and marketing strategies to life
- Creative ideas that help brands look, feel and communicate more effectively, you won’t just be producing assets.
You’ll be helping define how brands look, feel and connect with their audience.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Take ownership of design projects across multiple client accounts
- Interpret briefs and turn them into strong creative concepts and polished design outputs
- Create bold, clean and commercially effective visuals across digital, print, web and campaign channels
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across different formats, platforms and campaigns
- Design layouts for brochures, proposals, decks, presentations and marketing materials
- Support the development of creative concepts for campaigns, launches and client projects
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure design supports campaign objectives
- Present and explain creative thinking clearly when required
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving agency environment
- Stay ahead of design trends, digital formats and creative best practice
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with proven design experience, strong creative instincts and the ability to deliver high-quality work with confidence and consistency.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- A strong portfolio showing excellent design fundamentals, including layout, typography, composition, branding and campaign work
- Proven experience in a graphic design, creative, agency, marketing or in-house brand role
- Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro or motion graphics would be a bonus
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, web design tools or website design workflows would be a strong advantage
- A strong understanding of branding, digital design, social media and marketing campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing polished, professional work
- The ability to take a brief, challenge ideas constructively and push creative work further
- Confidence managing your own workload and delivering to deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, copywriters and directors
- The ability to work independently while contributing to the wider creative team
