We specialise in Security Guarding and Door Supervisor services, supplying experienced officers to a wide range of venues, events, and commercial environments. Since our establishment, we have built a reputation for professionalism, punctuality, rapid response, and excellent customer service.

Our officers are approachable, highly presentable, skilled, and passionate about maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for clients, guests, staff, and members of the public.

Typical Job Duties

Providing a professional security presence at venues and events
Monitoring and controlling access points
Conducting customer and visitor safety checks when required
Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies
Assisting with crowd management and queue control
Providing excellent customer service to guests, clients, and members of the public
Patrolling venues and commercial properties
Writing clear and accurate incident reports when required
Working closely with clients, venue management, and emergency services
Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times

Recruitment & Vetting Standards

All successful applicants will be screened and vetted in line with the British Standard BS7858 security screening requirements. Candidates must be able to provide a full 5-year work and/or education history as part of the vetting process.

Dedicated Security Limited is committed to maintaining high industry standards and ensuring all officers meet the professional requirements expected within the security sector.

Essential & Preferred Requirements

Essential:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Professional and reliable attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts

Preferred:

Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
Previous experience within the security industry or events sector
