Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience is not essential, as training will be provided, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential for success in this position.

Average Hours 8:30 - 3:30 (some days maybe longer but also some shorter)

Duties

Clean windows on various building types, including high-rise and ground-level structures, using appropriate tools and safety equipment
Use specialised cleaning solutions and techniques to ensure streak-free results
Maintain safety standards at all times
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure satisfaction
Manage scheduling appointments efficiently and arrive punctually at designated locations
Keep cleaning equipment clean, organised, and in good working condition
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns asap

Qualifications

Valid driving licence is essential to facilitate travel between job sites
Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with clients and team members
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
Physical fitness to perform manual tasks, including climbing ladders and working at heights safely
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards work are essential qualities for this role
