Overview
We are seeking a trusted and loyal Construction manager Director to help us build the world’s first Village for X athletes and military suffering with various conditions physically and mentally due to their Sporting days, here is an opportunity to never potentially have to work for another or again as our US investors aim to build 40 of these across the UK in the next 5 to 10 not including in every US state. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a solid understanding of civil engineering software such as Primavera P6 and Civil 3D. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse construction initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop detailed project plans using Primavera P6, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Utilise Civil 3D for site design, planning, and technical analysis to support project development.
Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all phases of construction.
Manage procurement processes, including tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier relationships.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and issues for senior management.
Oversee quality control procedures to ensure all work meets specified standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management within civil engineering or related fields.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management.
Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for site design and technical planning.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams on large-scale projects.
Good understanding of health & safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management are preferred but not essential. This position offers an engaging environment for a dedicated professional eager to contribute to significant infrastructure projects while advancing their career within a dynamic organisation.

Pay: £36,581.11-£86,232.18 per year
