The role:
Joining us as the face of our Anytime Fitness Kendal club, you’ll be joining a growing group of franchises in the north west area that benefit from additional group support and opportunities.
The Sales & Retention Manager oversees the direct link between our members and is the face of the business, in & outside of the club. The role is incredibly varied, you will be asked to represent our brand and culture to the best of your ability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing & executing the clubs sales strategy to hit highly achievable monthly targets
- Responsible for the growth of monthly turnover
- Provide monthly club and sales reviews to the Sales Director & business owners
- Day-to-day management of your team of sales/membership advisors
- Promoting and representing the brand by generating awareness of the club within the local catchment area
- A secondary responsibility, assisted by your team for the customer enquiry management process & general club maintenance

We are looking for:

- A friendly, outgoing personality who genuinely cares about helping others to ensure all team members & club members have a rewarding and enjoyable membership experience at the club.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to drive the superb culture within our club.
An ability to help create relevant social media promotional content would be advantageous to the role but is not essential.
A passion for the fitness industry or fitness background is desired!

Fantastic base salary with an uncapped commission structure. OTE up to £40,000 p.a.
