About the Role

Bavaro Punta Cana Golf Services Ltd operates within leisure services, golf operations, hospitality coordination, client support, and recreational service delivery. We are seeking a Leisure Operations Director to lead service operations, oversee customer experience standards, and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead leisure service operations, golf-related workflows, and customer support activities
Oversee team performance, service standards, schedules, budgets, and operational reporting
Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, service partners, and internal departments
Monitor customer feedback, service quality, booking updates, and operational risks
Develop strategies to improve leisure services, customer experience, and workflow efficiency
Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
Prepare senior-level reports, service updates, and operational recommendations

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Strong experience in leisure operations, hospitality management, golf services, customer service leadership, events coordination, or business operations
Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
Experience working with customers, vendors, service teams, hospitality partners, or recreational facilities is an advantage

Education

Professional certifications in hospitality management, leisure management, customer experience, operations management, or leadership are an advantage

Pay: £58,000.00-£98,000.00 per year
