Maintain meticulous records of dispensed medications, inventory logs, and patient interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
Support medication administration procedures under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and legal requirements.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions or resolve dispensing issues promptly and efficiently.
Uphold safety standards by following proper handling procedures for pharmaceuticals and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Skills

Proven experience as a pharmacy dispenser or in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols, pharmacy software systems, and inventory management.
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dispensing medications and maintaining records.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
