Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling components, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in manufacturing processes and hands-on work.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Assemble parts and components accurately according to specifications.
Use hand tools and power tools to assist with assembly, maintenance, and adjustments.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and products to identify defects or issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to uphold safety standards.
Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of materials and equipment.
Assist in troubleshooting machinery problems and report any malfunctions promptly.
Support warehouse activities such as inventory management and material handling as needed.

Requirements

Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
Previous experience in assembly or warehouse environments is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is advantageous but not essential. This position provides valuable experience within a dynamic manufacturing environment, fostering skills in machinery operation, assembly, and safety compliance.
