Job Description

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Advisor to provide key support to our HR Operations function during a busy and exciting period. This role can be based in Milton Keynes or Bristol, and the successful candidate must be able to travel regularly between both sites. A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Employee Relations (ER).

Qualifications

Strong Employee Relations experience, with confidence managing cases end-to-end
Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
Experience in providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice
Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data to inform decisions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust
Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach
Strong IT skills, including MS Office and HR systems
CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred, but not essential
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
