Full job description

Company Overview

ACS Aviation Industries is a 145 repair station specialising in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of Boeing and Airbus structural components. Located in a purpose-built facility in Braintree, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions with exceptional customer service at the core of our operations.

Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven customer service and administrative experience, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential.

Duties

Liaising with customers and responding to enquiries in a professional manner
Generating internal Work Orders as per instructions on customers orders
Preparing and processing invoices
Providing customer quotes and following up regularly to maintain communication
Arranging customer collections
Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
Maintaining accurate filing and administrative records

Requirements

GCSE C / Grade 4 in both English & Mathematics is essential
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role is essential
Minimum of 1 year of office-based administrative experience is essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow processes and procedures precisely
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Strong multitasking and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong general computer skills

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm

Friday 8am - 3:30pm

Please note: This is an office-based position. Remote or hybrid working is not available.

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
