Full job description

We are a growing dog coat and accessories brand looking for a proactive and organised person to help bring our products to life from concept through to production.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in fashion production, textiles, sourcing, manufacturing coordination, or product development who enjoys working in a hands-on startup environment.

You will help us find and manage manufacturers, source fabrics and trims, coordinate sampling, and support the launch and growth of the business.

Responsibilities

Research and source manufacturers for dog coats and pet accessories
Find suppliers for fabrics, waterproof materials, fleece, trims, buckles, zips, labels, and packaging
Coordinate sampling and production with factories and embroidery/stitching providers
Help develop new products from ideas through to finished samples
Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, and quality control
Assist with production planning and inventory coordination
Support the setup and organisation of operational processes as the business grows
Help identify cost-effective manufacturing solutions without compromising quality
Work closely with the founder on product development and business growth

Requirements

Experience in sourcing, manufacturing, textiles, fashion production, or product development preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to research and manage suppliers independently
Comfortable working in a startup or small business environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with apparel, accessories, or pet products is a bonus
Knowledge of fabrics and garment construction is desirable
