Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated, resilient and child‑focused Support Workers to join our residential team. You will play a key role in supporting children with emotional, behavioural or social needs, helping them build stability, confidence and positive futures.

Key Responsibilities

Safeguard and protect children at all times
Provide daily living support including routines, meals, hygiene and activities
Offer consistent emotional support and build trusting relationships
Follow individual care plans, risk assessments and behaviour management strategies
Complete accurate daily logs, incident reports and handovers
Support education, appointments and community engagement
Maintain a safe, clean and nurturing home environment
Work collaboratively within a professional care team

Requirements

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
Mandatory training: Safeguarding, First Aid, Medication, Behaviour Management
Enhanced DBS
Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
Ability to work shifts, weekends and sleep‑ins
