We are seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our hospitality team to cover Maternity leave from August 2026 to June 2027.

Bar and restaurant experience required, along with a passion for customer service.

Must be 18 or over and have your own transport.

Main duties include;

To oversee reservation management. Including organising bookings, table layouts and special requests.
To ensure that customers’ requirements for food, drink and beverages are met to high standards.
To assist with drink orders, cellar management and stock control.
To assist in the completion or delegation of daily tasks and checklists.
To oversee the staff behaviour and performance in the clubhouse managers absence.
To oversee customer satisfactions in the clubhouse managers absence.
To ensure department reputations are good.
To ensure a high standard of general presentation and cleanliness of the workplace.
To comply with health & safety standards, including filling out any necessary forms/coshh and risk assessments.

Starting pay from £14.25 per hour depending on experience and ability.
