Your responsibilities

As our Digital Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse range of digital projects – big, small, and everything in between. You'll be the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

A few of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing multiple digital projects, from website builds to ongoing support retainers.
Creating detailed project timelines, tracking progress, and providing regular updates.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and keeping them informed.
Translating client requirements into clear briefs for developers, designers, and quality assurance teams.
Keeping project plans, reports, and task boards up to date.
Identifying and resolving project issues or blockers efficiently.
Monitoring budgets and ensuring projects are delivered within scope.
Ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.

Your profile

Key skills and experience we're looking for:

Proven experience in delivering website design and development projects on time and to specification
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain excellent organisation
A results-driven, delivery-focused mindset, with a passion for providing exceptional client service
Confident communicator, able to engage with designers and developers at all levels, ensuring smooth project execution

Bonus skills and experience include:

Solid technical knowledge of Magento/Adobe Commerce and WooCommerce
Experience managing complex site migrations, particularly those involving large product datasets
A background in web development, with an understanding of technical workflows and challenges

The money - We're offering a salary of between £35,000 - £40,000 for the right candidate.
32 days holiday (including public holidays and a Christmas shutdown) - for time to properly unwind and recharge your batteries.

Flexible working hours - our core hours are 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm, but other than that you can work when you want. It's your call.
